Plumbing
You can debate all day long on which of the trades is the most necessary, but the answer is plumbing.
Toilet.
Kohler brand over tile floor. Everything from the cedar wall to the tile floor, and everything below and above done by Construction by LumberJacks, Kings, and Queens.

Tile floor to ceiling shower. To reduce trip hazard, no curb at the entry. Floor adequately sloped to drain all water during and after showering.

Showerhead with handheld wand. Natural real marble trim on the outside corner to prevent water running around the edge.

Lavatory sink tailpiece with p-trap and air admittance valve, beside quarter-turn supply line valves.

Pedestal sink wall hung, easy to clean below, and no rotting vanity cabinet sitting on the floor. Sink is very sturdy, no rocking or tilt. Pardon the dirt on the porcelain, I washed my dog's paws in it yesterday.

All the plumbing details that only a good plumber can appreciate!

The concrete pour was done correctly to reduce the chance of pipes cracking or tiles shifting. All drains still operating perfectly 6 months later.

Dishwasher supplied with hotwater. Raised height for accessible loading and unloading of dishes.

Sparkling clean!
